29.11.2006 Hơn 100 Mục sư, Trưởng lão, Chủ toạ các Hội Thánh và Trưởng các Điểm
Nhóm đã tập trung về Hội Thánh Phú Nhuận.
Thánh lễ Tiệc Thánh được
tổ chức đặc biệt dành riêng cho các Nhân sự của Giáo hạt trong không khí thiêng
liêng và hiệp nhất.
Sáng ngày 30.11.06 - 3 chiếc xe bus đã chở 108 Nhân sự
Giáo hạt đến Học Viện Hành Chính Quốc Gia để tiếp xúc với Ban Tôn Giáo Chính
Phủ, Có 6 vị đại diện Chính phủ trong Hội Nghị này.
Nội dung hướng dẫn các Trưởng Điểm Nhóm tiến hành thủ
tục để đăng ký với Chính Quyền Xã Phường, nếu thủ tục này hoàn tất sớm,
chúng ta sẽ được Giấy Chứng Nhận Hoat Động Tôn Giáo Toàn Quốc vào cuối năm 2006,
và cuối năm 2007 sẽ có Tư Cách Pháp Nhân. Sau đó, Nhân sự của Giáo
hạt được Ban Tôn Giáo Chính Phủ khoản đãi một cách thân mật. Chính
Phủ đã chi khoảng $1,300 USD cho Hội Nghị này. Ban Tôn Giáo Chính Phủ đã thuê
Hội trường (Học Viện Hành Chính Quốc Gia) đãi tiệc và chi phí đi lại cho hơn 100
nhân sự về Saigon tham dự hội nghị.
Về tinh thần của Nhân sự Giáo hạt thì không niềm vui
nào bằng, suốt 30 năm qua, lần đầu tiên chúng ta được phép tập trung công khai,
được hiên ngang bước vào văn phòng Địa Hạt, được tập trung sinh hoạt mà không
một chút lo sợ.
Cảm tạ Chúa vì Ngài đã hành động để Chính quyền cho phép chúng ta được tự do
sinh hoạt.
Chúng tôi sẽ gởi tiếp
những bản tin để Quí vị theo dõi diễn tiến của hoạt động Giáo Hạt trong những
ngày tới. Chân thành cảm ơn Quị vì đã cầu nguyện và quan tâm đến công việc Chúa

On the
29th of November 2006, there were over 100 delegates of
Pastors, Church Elders, and Leaders of companies gathered at Phu
Nhuan church ( Saigon Central Church). We conducted a special
Communion Services for these delegates in the spirit of unity.
On the
morning of November 30, 2006, there were 3 large buses lined up to
take 108 delegates of the Vietnam Mission (VNM) to the National
Institute of Public Administration, a Government office, to meet
with the officials of the "Vietnamese Government Religion Division".
The Government of Vietnam (GVN) sent 6 delegates to this meeting.
The
goal of this meeting is to guide the VNM delegates to officially
register with the GVN local authorities. If this procedure completes
on time, we would receive an "official certificate" by the end of
2006 allowing us to organize our church activity throughout Vietnam.
And by the end of 2007 our church would receive from the GVN a legal
status as well as the recognition as religious organization.
The GVN
also organized a friendly banquet to entertain the delegates of the
VNM. The GVN spent about $1,300.00 US Dollars for this event and
also paid the transportation for our delegates from the provinces to
Saigon to attend this meeting.
This is
the most joyous occasion for all of us in the last 30 years, and
this is the first time that such a large group of church delegates
could gathered legally, and we proudly walked into the VNM Offices
without any fear. We gave thanks to the Lord for His inspiration on
the Vietnamese Authority to grant us the freedom to organize our
religious activity.
We will
be sending you more good news on the progress of our VNM in the days
ahead. We greatly appreciate your prayers as well as your concerns
for Gods' work in Vietnam.
